Essential requirements before we can open up a storage agreement

IdentificationWe require two forms of identification:
1.Photographic, for example a passport or driving license.
2.Proof of residence, for example a recent utility bill or bank statement.

Insurance cover

We store goods under United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) terms and conditions (see foot of page for link). You are advised to seek full insurance cover for your goods while they are in store.

Security padlock

You can get access to your stored goods any time during our operating hours. Give us a few hours notification of your visit and we’ll waive our usual £5.00 access fee.

Payment

We will initially charge 28 days storage in advance. This covers the setting up of your account. If your goods remain in storage after this period we will raise invoices for further 28 day periods. Your final invoice will be amended to reflect the total amount of days in storage since your last invoice.
